Mobile App Available in Q1 2019 Exclusively for eXp Realty Agents
NEW ORLEANS — Oct. 23, 2018 — eXp Realty, the largest residential real estate brokerage by geography in North America and a subsidiary of eXp World Holdings, today announced at its annual EXPCON conference the definitive agreement to acquire ShowMeNow. The transaction, which is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2018.
ShowMeNow is an on-demand, home tour app that enables home shoppers to request immediate access to properties they are interested in. With more than 90 percent of consumers using a mobile device when searching for homes for sale, the ShowMeNow mobile app gives buyers flexible, real-time access to properties from wherever and when they are ready. It also allows agents to potentially expose it to more home buyers in order to increase visibility of the home for sale and drive highly interested parties.
The new ShowMeNow mobile app will be able available for beta testing in the first quarter of 2019 in select markets, exclusively for eXp Realty agents.
