Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES Multiple Listing Service) has made yet another MLS partnership for listing display on their public site, ColoProperty.com®. Their newest partner, the Grand Junction Area Realtor® Association, brings Western Colorado listings together with Northeast and Southwest listings on one MLS-run public site.
"Our main aim is to help brokers, especially during this challenging time in the industry," said Lauren Hansen, IRES CEO. "We are very excited to support Grand Junction Area brokers by increasing their listing exposure and supplying free leads directly to the listing agent from ColoProperty.com®," Hansen added.

ColoProperty.com® has been owned and operated by IRES MLS since 1998. With a map search, open houses, rentals, vacation rentals and commercial properties directly from the MLS with no advertising, it has been consistently popular with consumers and brokers. With the addition of the Grand Junction Area Realtors, ColoProperty will proudly include 1,000 listings from the western Colorado cities of Grand Junction, Clifton, Palisade, Mesa, Molina, Collbran and more.
